Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Items Eligible for Return

we offer a no questions asked return policy. You are allowed to exchange or return your pieces 30 days from delivery. Just make sure that the items are returned unworn and in the original packaging.

(To be eligible for a shoes return, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn, and in the condition it was received in. When trying on footwear, make sure to wear clean socks and to walk on a carpeted surface to protect the outsole. )

2. Return Process

Please contact our customer service team at support@nexbie.com and we will provide you with a return label and the shipping instructions.

3. Item Condition

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

4. Shipping Fees for Return
Returns or exchanges are always on us! You won't have to pay any shipping fee and will be fully refunded as soon as we receive your package.


5. Refund Processing

The full amount of your return will be refunded within a maximum of 5 working days after receiving the piece in our atelier for verification.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only offered for items that is caused by non-human damage.
