1. Items Eligible for Return

Items Eligible for Return:

• Non-custom items: returnable within 30 days of delivery.
• Custom items: returnable only for defects, wrong items, or major discrepancies.

Items Non-eligible for Return:

• Custom products without quality issues
•  Items returned after the return window
• Used items returned without valid reason
• Refused or unclaimed items at customs

2. Return Process

Please contact customer support for further details, we may reject your return parcel if no contact made.

3. Item Condition

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

4. Shipping Fees for Return

The shipping fees for return is on buyers' side if there is no mistakes on our side.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for purchase within 10–15 business days after we receive your parcel. Please be noted that the shipping fees calculated on the shipping page is non-refundable

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only offered for items that is caused by non-human damage
